Grand Rapids, MN – LeRoy Koppendrayer, former chair of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, has accepted an invitation to speak at the Lake Country Power annual meeting June 5. Koppendrayer will be part of a panel discussion, which will address concerns about rising power costs, a petition for re-regulation and the seat of accountability in a local cooperative.
Koppendrayer’s participation will also provide members an opportunity to hear first-hand about the topic of re-regulation from a former regulator’s point of view.
