Our phone systems are currently maxed out with the volume of incoming calls. We've received over 500 calls per hour, or more. Some phone calls are being dropped by the system. When you call to report the outage, please be sure to press #1 so it goes into our automated phone system. Follow the prompts and your outage will be reported without having to wait and speak with a live person. Call 1-800-421-9959, press #1.
If you have SmartHub, you can report the outage using that mobile app tool.
Also, please be patient with the Outage Map. It's taking a bit longer to refresh than usual because of the volume of traffic.

She said they received funding from the State of Minnesota to offer low-income residents, or those who can’t afford to pay the repairs in damages from the July 5, 2016 storm.
